unwrap and snapshot

unwrap(store) returns the raw data behind the view: the same object you passed to useStore. Reads and writes on it bypass tracking, so use it for identity checks and for handing data to code that rejects proxies. snapshot(store) returns a deep plain copy that does not subscribe the running computation and does not change when the store changes later.
