Accessibility
Write accessible components with semantic HTML, correct ARIA attribute values, labels, focus management, live regions and keyboard handling.
After this page you can build components that work with a keyboard and a screen reader, know how the
runtime writes aria-* and boolean attributes, associate labels with controls that are also correct
after server rendering, and manage focus when content opens and closes.
ShadowJS does not add or change semantics. What you write is what reaches the DOM, so accessibility is the accessibility of the HTML you produce. The framework's part is to write attribute values exactly, to give you stable ids, and to run focus code at the right time.
