Package an extension

Declare the ShadowJS packages your extension imports as peer dependencies. Keep @shadow-js/core and @shadow-js/web external to your bundle so the application owns a single reactive graph and renderer. Export declarations alongside JavaScript, document the supported entry points and use sideEffects: false only when importing your package performs no work.
