Route announcer
The route announcer (routeAnnouncer() from @shadow-js/router/announcer) is on by default in Dusk apps.
The route announcer (routeAnnouncer() from @shadow-js/router/announcer) is on by default in Dusk apps. After a
client navigation it announces the page title, falls back to the first h1 and then the path, and moves focus to
the element a URL hash names. Keep a real h1 on every page and a meaningful <title>: those are what it
announces. The manual test plan checks the announcement with each screen reader.
