• State: State is a value you read by calling it. When it changes, only the code that read it runs again.
• Derived values: Compute a value from other values. It runs again only when something it read changes.
• Effects: An effect runs code when something it read changes, and cleans up after itself.
• Control flow: Show and Switch decide what is on the page. Only the branch that changes is built or removed.
• Lists: For renders one row per item and moves rows instead of rebuilding them.
